Beth works with various styles and types of therapy.  Some of the tools Beth utilizes in her work are Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Transpersonal Psychotherapy, Contemplative / Buddhist Psychology, EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
